Job Description

• Delivering quality, specialized services in accordance to KCH’s mission, philosophy, agency and position standards
• Providing support to individuals through community integration, skill learning, and positive quality of life
• Providing assistance to individuals in service (e.g., behavioural and emotional support, data collection, implementation of behavioural support plans, etc.)
• Participating in community and recreational pursuits with individuals in service
• Medication administration and documentation
• Participating in the general upkeep of the group home
